    Solution 1: Change TCP/IP4 DNS server addresses

    Step 1: In the search bar, type network and sharing and select the network and sharing center option from the list.

    Step 2: Next, click on change adapter settings.

    Step 3: Find the option of Local Area Connection or Ethernet and right click on it and select properties.

    Now, find and double-click on Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) and change as per the following DNS server address and set the DNS server address to be Google public DNS:
