Solution 1: Disable and Enable the Related Realtek Audio Programs

- Press Win+R (Windows logo key and R key) at the same time. A Run dialog box will open.

- After you finish adding the two keys, you will see them listed in Registry Editor as follows.
- Restart your computer and see if the problem persists.
