Before we apply any solution, first start your pc in safe mode. Even you can start your pc without safe mode, but we recommend to run in safe mode.
For older version like Windows 7, Vista or XP: Press F8 key or Shift key + F8 hotkeys while the OS is booting.
For Windows 8, 8.1 and 10: Press Shift key and Restart logo from the start menu together. Next select Troubleshoot>>Advanced options>>Start up Settings>>Restart>>enable safe mode.
Method 1: Run the System File Checker (SFC) scan
Step 1: In the search bar, type cmd and right click on the command prompt from the list.
Step 2: Now select run as administrator option. A black screen will appear.
